I deliver backend-heavy products end to end — from API design and third-party integrations to the interface that makes them usable. I turn complex business flows into maintainable systems that stay reliable under real production load.
Working across different projects in marketing, travel, and fintech with a backend-first focus. I handled analytics and platform integrations, helped stabilize checkout and fraud-related flows in a legacy fintech product, and improved delivery reliability as priorities shifted. I also supported cleanup and workflow improvements in older codebases.
B2B Grocery Ordering Platform
Built a B2B ordering platform for a German grocery supplier end to end as the only engineer: landing page, ordering flow, backend architecture, and invoicing automation through Fakturownia.pl. The MVP shipped in roughly two weeks, and I later added accounting automation that removed a lot of repeat manual work for the team.
BYFL.team
Led the NestJS backend in a startup environment, shaping API design, reviewing code, and improving release quality. Worked closely with frontend, iOS, and Android engineers over a long engagement to keep cross-platform releases aligned while contracts and integrations kept changing.
Delivered CRM product work in Next.js with clear improvements in page load time, build speed, and long-standing UI bugs that had been difficult to close. In parallel, I contributed to a fintech/blockchain track focused on KYC flows and smart-contract work with NestJS, and built lightweight scrapers for high-volume data collection.
Shipped the SmartSpend expense-tracking fintech project across both frontend and backend. Took on code review responsibility for other interns and worked directly with program stakeholders to turn feedback into concrete product updates.
